Consumer Justice Duo Nominated for Highly Selective State Advocacy Award
The United States District Court for the District of Arizona has honored two attorneys at the Consumer Justice Law Firm for their work helping pro bono clients. Managing partner, David Chami, and associate attorney, Michael Yancey, were both nominated for the Court’s 2024 Pro Bono Attorney of The Year award.
In the legal field, the term of art “pro bono” represents legal services provided free of charge to people or organizations who need attorney assistance but cannot afford to pay for the services. Since this award is given to only a few attorneys annually, Consumer Justice Law Firm is incredibly proud to have received two nominations within the firm.
These nominations represent a tangible demonstration of Consumer Justice Law Firm’s commitment to passionate advocacy, one of the core pillars shaping our legal practice and perspective. Not only do we serve as advocates in professional organizations and forums nationwide, we also serve on various local and state-level committees, and regularly represent the interests of consumers and employees through the provision of pro bono legal services.
We care deeply about consumer protection and employment law issues and about the impact they have on people’s lives.
