Pamela Rosario is an associate attorney specializing in Labor and Employment law, with a background in corporate, business and labor-focused legal matters. She is admitted to practice law in New York and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Pamela began her legal journey with impactful externships during law school, including one at MTV's Business and Legal Affairs department working within the Employment Group. This early exposure to employment law provided foundational experience in navigating workplace policies and resolving labor-related disputes. Following her law school graduation, Pamela joined a global investment bank and went on to spend eight years at a top 10 international law firm, reporting to the Office of the General Counsel. There, she focused on regulatory compliance and sharpening her skills in managing sensitive legal issues.
Over the last two years, Pamela has increasingly concentrated on labor and employment law matters, handling discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour disputes. Her corporate background equips her to anticipate employer strategies, empowering her clients with a strong, proactive approach.
A recipient of the Clifford Chance Scholarship, Pamela earned her Juris Doctor from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg School of Law at Touro University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Buffalo.
