Nick Hadous is a consumer protection attorney of counsel to Consumer Justice Law Firm.
Nick Hadous received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Michigan in 2008, and graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2009.
Nick began his career practicing corporate law in Dubai, U.A.E. Since then, Nick has practiced extensively in state and federal trial and appellate courts, successfully litigating cases related to Civil Rights, Consumer Protection, Prisoner Medical Care, Negligence, and Insurance Bad Faith.
Nick Hadous has created online courses and podcasts for attorneys practicing consumer protection law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). He currently serves on the Litigation Advisory Board for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, and has authored several continuing legal education publications related to Consumer Protection and Civil Rights.
Nick Hadous’ practice includes credit reporting errors, mixed credit reports, bankruptcy credit report errors, background check errors, identity theft recovery, debt collection harassment, and being mistakenly reported as deceased.
