Matthew Gordon is a consumer protection attorney at Consumer Justice Law Firm.
Matthew Gordon earned his B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2020, where he was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society and served as a Junior Fellow with the School of Politics and Global Studies.
Matthew then attended Emory University School of Law, graduating with Honors in 2025. During law school, he contributed as a Staff Editor and Symposium Editor for the Emory Law Journal, where he helped organize the 2025 Randolph W. Thrower Symposium on digital platform regulation and addictive technologies. Matthew also clerked for a personal injury firm and a boutique litigation firm specializing in real estate disputes.
Prior to law school, Matthew Gordon worked as a residential electrician, gaining practical experience in all aspects of residential electrical systems. After graduating, he served as a law clerk for a prominent consumer class action litigation firm. During this time, Matthew developed a passion for consumer protection and endeavored to use his legal acumen to vindicate the rights of consumers nationwide. This newfound passion led Matthew to join Consumer Justice Law Firm in October 2025.
Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys playing volleyball, olympic weightlifting, and watching the New York Yankees disappoint him year after year.

His cases rely heavily on consumer rights established under important federal laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act and others.
