Daniel Cohen is the Founder of Consumer Justice, and manages the firm’s branding, marketing, client intake and business development efforts.
With a proven record of effectively representing consumers across the United States in class action lawsuits, Daniel has consistently secured both monetary awards and non-monetary relief on behalf of his clients. He also counsels those who are blind or low-vision on their rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and helps them hold companies accountable for ADA violations in physical and digital spaces.
Daniel graduated from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and holds a bachelor of arts degree in Humanities from Thomas Edison State College. He is licensed to practice in New York and Arizona. He has been an active member of both the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the National Consumer Law Center since 2017.
