Dana Lechleiter is an associate attorney specializing in labor and employment law, with a background in corporate, business and labor-focused legal matters. She graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2024 and is pending admission to the New York State Bar.
Prior to attending law school, Dana worked as a development associate at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center for two years. Once she entered law school, Dana began her legal journey with impactful internships during law school, including one in the chambers of the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Dana also worked as a law clerk for Hall Booth Smith, P.C.'s labor and employment team. This early exposure to employment practice provided foundational experience in navigating workplace policies and resolving labor-related disputes.
Following her law school graduation, Dana accepted a position with Consumer Justice Law Firm, concentrating on labor and employment law matters, handling discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour disputes. Her corporate background equips her to anticipate employer strategies, empowering her clients with a strong, proactive approach.
A recipient of the Distinguished Scholar Scholarship, Dana earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, which she attended as a Coronat Scholar.
