Levi Eidelman is a consumer protection attorney at Consumer Justice Law Firm.
Levi Eidelman earned his J.D. at Cardozo School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Cardozo Scholarship Award for all three years, and served as Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
During law school, Levi worked on matters involving workers’ class action and associational rights, including on an amicus brief filed in a case pending at the U.S. Supreme Court (Janus v. AFSCME, decided June 27, 2018); he also interned for Judge K. Levine at the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County.
Prior to joining Consumer Justice Law Firm, Levi was involved in various Mass Torts in both federal and state courts relating to Hernia Meshes, Proton Pump Inhibitors, DePuy ASR hips, Stryker Rejuvenate, ABGII, and LFIT V40 MDLs (multidistrict litigations), and assorted personal injury matters.
Levi Eidelman’s current practice focuses on federal statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Levi is dedicated to achieving the objectives of his clients and holding law-violating corporations accountable for the injurious consequences of their conduct.
Levi Eidelman’s current practice includes credit reporting errors, mixed credit reports, bankruptcy credit report errors, background check errors, identity theft recovery, debt collection harassment, and being mistakenly reported as deceased.
Levi is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
