David Chami is Managing Partner at Consumer Justice Law Firm. He has successfully tried cases related to Civil Rights, Consumer Protection, Employment, and Insurance Bad Faith, and has litigated over 1500 FCRA lawsuits, recovering nearly 100 million dollars on behalf of clients harmed by credit report and background check errors.
A frequent conference panelist, educating lawyers on the Fair Credit Reporting Act, David Chami is a prominent thought leader in the consumer legal landscape. He serves on the National Executive Board for the National Association of Consumer Advocates– a nonprofit committed to representing consumer legal interests- and serves as the NACA co-chair for the state of Arizona.
David Chami received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2005, and graduated Cum Laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2009. During law school, David was nominated for the Outstanding Graduate Award and won the Prize for Public Interest for his work with Phoenix Valley youth.
