Ashley Elenio is a consumer protection attorney at Consumer Justice Law Firm.
Ashley started her legal career working as a law clerk, while pursuing her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate. She became an associate attorney upon admission to the New York State Bar.
Prior to joining Consumer Justice Law Firm, Ashley worked as a litigation attorney in a variety of real estate matters, including foreclosures, residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, plenary actions, bankruptcies, and small claims actions.
Ashley has regularly appeared before the New York City Civil Courts and the New York State Supreme Court.

Ashley graduated from Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from Maurice A. Deane School of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of New York.
